Our products
  Buta is a canadian online retailer known for its directional selection of international brands including works of designers from Azerbaijan and Ukraine. As an authorized retailer, Buta guarantees the authenticity of every product we stock. Certain items will also include the designer’s own proof of authenticity. Given the amount of orders we process each business day, the availability of any merchandise on the site is always subject to change. The best way to stay up to date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales is to sign up for our social pages.
Sizing
 Sizes are listed on our website according to the information provided by our suppliers. If you are unsure about an product’s size, please contact us by e-mail so that we can assist you further. If detailed measurements are not already available online, we can email you the information within two business days.
Checkout
You can add and remove products from your shopping bag before you checkout. Upon checkout, you will be asked to sign into your Buta online-boutique account. On the checkout page you can enter a new address, or select an address you have previously used. Order shipped within Canada are charged in CAD. You can then select a shipping method, as well as enter your payment information. When you are ready to place your order, click confirm. Shopping at butaboutique.ca is safe. Personal information provided on ssense.com is transmitted through a secure server using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology.  
Payment
We currently accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorisation on your payment method to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. We will only charge the pre-authorisation when the order is packed and ready for shipment. If the billing information is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you for confirmation before your order is shipped.  
Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after you place your order. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox. Please review the order confirmation and contact us by e-mail if you see any errors. You can also review the details of your order from your Buta account, under Order History.  
Order changes and cancellations
You can request an order change or cancellation from your Buta account, under Order History. From there you can choose from the ‘Modify’ menu to submit a request for your pending orders. Your order will be on hold until our Customer Care team can review your request.  
Order status
 You can verify the status of your order at any time from your Buta account, under Order History. Please note that we ask for a standard processing time of up to two business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the time your order is placed. A ‘Processing’ status means that your order has not yet been shipped. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
Currency
  Pricing and currency are displayed at our website within Canada will be shown in CAD. We are unable to offer our Canadian clients pricing in USD.

Return

Returns

To determine whether your purchase is eligible for a refund/exchange please email butaonlineboutique@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your Name and Order Number/Date
  • The Item(s) You Wish to Return
  • Reason for the Return (For example – Too Big, Too Small, Damaged, Not as Shown in Photo, etc.)

*We will do our best to respond to you within 48 hours, however we are out of the office on weekends/holidays.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

All sale items are final sale (This includes items that have been purchased with coupon codes).

  • Recipient must contact us at the above email address within 2 daysof receiving their item(s)
  • Return shipping must be paid for by the customer making the return
  • All items must be returned within 14 days (beginning the day you receive the item).
  • Items must be new, unused and with all tags still attached.
  • Earrings and necklaces are exception for the return.

If items do not meet these requirements then you will not be refunded.

Your refund will be issued upon receipt of the item/s being returned in the form of your original payment (Via Paypal or bank transfer). *Please note that orders through Paypal can take up to a week for the funds to be credited back to you.*

All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the mail are your responsibility and we cannot issue refunds on lost parcels.
