  Buta is a canadian online retailer known for its directional selection of international brands including works of designers from Azerbaijan and Ukraine. As an authorized retailer, Buta guarantees the authenticity of every product we stock. Certain items will also include the designer’s own proof of authenticity. Given the amount of orders we process each business day, the availability of any merchandise on the site is always subject to change. The best way to stay up to date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales is to sign up for our social pages.
 Sizes are listed on our website according to the information provided by our suppliers. If you are unsure about an product’s size, please contact us by e-mail so that we can assist you further. If detailed measurements are not already available online, we can email you the information within two business days.
You can add and remove products from your shopping bag before you checkout. Upon checkout, you will be asked to sign into your Buta online-boutique account. On the checkout page you can enter a new address, or select an address you have previously used. Order shipped within Canada are charged in CAD. You can then select a shipping method, as well as enter your payment information. When you are ready to place your order, click confirm. Shopping at is safe. Personal information provided on is transmitted through a secure server using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology.  
We currently accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorisation on your payment method to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. We will only charge the pre-authorisation when the order is packed and ready for shipment. If the billing information is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you for confirmation before your order is shipped.  
Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after you place your order. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox. Please review the order confirmation and contact us by e-mail if you see any errors. You can also review the details of your order from your Buta account, under Order History.  
Order changes and cancellations
You can request an order change or cancellation from your Buta account, under Order History. From there you can choose from the ‘Modify’ menu to submit a request for your pending orders. Your order will be on hold until our Customer Care team can review your request.  
Order status
 You can verify the status of your order at any time from your Buta account, under Order History. Please note that we ask for a standard processing time of up to two business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the time your order is placed. A ‘Processing’ status means that your order has not yet been shipped. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
  Pricing and currency are displayed at our website within Canada will be shown in CAD. We are unable to offer our Canadian clients pricing in USD.

Returns & Exchanges
To return or exchange an item please email us at to request a ‘Return Product Authorization’ (RPA) number within 7 days of the date of your receipt, you then have 14 days to return the item to us.
For online purchases you are entitled to a full refund or credit note.
In the case of Christmas gifts (which in this instant refers to items purchased in December), the return or exchange period will extend to the 28th January to allow for holidays. Please write this number clearly on the outside package.
For your own protection, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
Once you have packaged the item safely send it back to the address provided with a Return Product Authorization (RPA).
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
